For all military veterans to have access to the needed support, regardless of age, race, rank, discharge, background, or circumstance.

Goals

1. 1.Formally define and prioritize core programs, reallocating funding and staffing to ensure that at least 90% of organizational resources directly support services that produce measurable 12–24-month self-sufficiency outcomes, while reducing or eliminating programs that do not demonstrate sustained veteran impact.
2. 2.Expand access to core veteran programs by increasing the number of participants served by 30%, while maintaining program quality and implementing follow-up measures to track long-term self-sufficiency outcomes (employment, housing stability, and financial independence)
3. 3.Increase internal capacity by hiring two full-time staff members and implementing improved operational systems, resulting in a 25% reduction in service delivery response time, enhanced program management efficiency, and readiness to scale core programs effectively while maintaining quality.
