Through expanded partnerships, additional program sites, enhanced staffing, and sustainable funding, KOPPS will increase access, reduce financial barriers, and strengthen opportunities for youth development across multiple communities.
3. 3.KOPPS is investing in organizational capacity by strengthening financial management systems, improving governance practices, enhancing staff training, and building sustainable fundraising strategies.
