Our vision is to be a key player in the redevelopment of Afghanistan from an aid-dependent economy to a self-sufficient, sustainable, and thriving nation.

Goals

1. 1.Uplift aims to grow and scale proven, Afghan-led solutions across education, women’s economic agency, humanitarian response, and arts and cultural preservation. After piloting evidence-based programs and rigorously learning what works in complex settings, we are expanding successful models to increase access, reach more communities, and deepen long-term impact through locally driven approaches.
2. 2.Uplift uses monitoring, evaluation, and learning data, community feedback, academic partnerships conducting randomized controlled trials, and ongoing risk assessments to guide strategic focus. We scale programs that demonstrate measurable outcomes, strong local ownership, and operational safety, and scale back initiatives that do not meet impact, learning, or security benchmarks.
3. 3.Uplift invests in a culturally conscious, Afghan-connected team with deep contextual knowledge and technical expertise in compliance, monitoring and evaluation, and operations in fragile settings. Strengthening internal systems, governance, and safeguards ensures we can responsibly manage risk, meet donor requirements, and scale impact with integrity.
