Our vision is to serve the pregnancy loss community on a national scale through compassionate care package deliveries, dedicated support group facilitation and the creation of powerful, relatable stories that shed light on the pregnancy loss experience online. We are driven by a commitment to destigmatize this common, yet often silenced, aspect of women's lives. We believe that no woman should suffer in silence, and it's time we collectively dismantle the silence surrounding pregnancy loss. Adaptability Statement
30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
COVID 19 has profoundly influenced our approach to organizing volunteer and donation opportunities. We have adapted our care package donation drop-offs to prioritize safety and comfort. These events are now strategically hosted in open-air venues, or spacious, well-ventilated areas, ensuring ample room for physical distancing while maintaining a comfortable, climate-controlled environment.
The evolving political landscape and the emergence of new policies regarding the treatment and perception of miscarriages have amplified our commitment to advocacy. We are now even more outspoken in conveying the essential message that a miscarriage is not the fault of the woman and necessitates immediate medical attention to safeguard her life. Our unwavering dedication to this cause continues to drive our advocacy efforts forward, ensuring that women receive the care and support they deserve during these challenging moments.
