WE ALSO HAVE A STUDIO THAT WE RENT FOR A NOMINAL FEE TO TEACHING ARTISTS AND SMALL BUSINESSES LOOKING FOR AFFORDABLE SPACE TO OFFER THEIR YOUTH PROGRAMS.
