Returning Citizens Support Group's mission is to reduce recidivism through healing, family reunification, and community building by providing comprehensive wraparound services to returning citizens and their families.

We envision a criminal legal system that fosters rehabilitation, redemption, and second chances.

Goals

1.Expand & scale capacity of RCSG's existing wraparound reentry services offered to returning citizens and families: housing, healing, employment, basic need security, support groups, digital/financial and more, while maintaining our 24/7, no-reject/no-eject model of care.
2.RCSG seeks to expand office space and staff to sustain quality programming, emergency shelter, and administrative infrastructure amid growing demand.
3.In response to growing needs among returning citizens, RCSG plans to launch new programming: an emergency shelter for individuals facing immediate housing instability, a financial literacy course to build foundational money management skills, and a homeownership/economic mobility program to help clients achieve lasting financial stability and long-term wealth.
