The specific and primary purpose for which the Corporation is being chartered is to provide financial support and developmental guidance to the Kerr Memorial Museum to ensure the long-term preservation and growth of the Kerr Memorial Museum as a cultural asset to Oakmont and the broader Pittsburgh region and to carry on charitable, religious, scientific, literary or educational activities.
