Goals

1. 1.Expand the reach and depth of Hagar’s Heart’s core programs to serve more survivors across North Texas with meaningful self-care initiatives. Strengthen follow-up and retention of shelters and partner organizations. Expand service delivery model within existing program offerings (e.g., mobile pop-up, speaker opportunities), which increase accessibility to HH’s mission.
2. 2.Secure sustainable funding to for organizational growth, infrastructure development, and long-term program delivery. Strengthen board leadership, strategic alignment, and governance practices to guide mission with vision, accountability, and sustainability. Maintain prospectus; ensure accurate and consistent donor engagement. Create donor prospect list to develop increase in giving and engagement.
3. 3.Elevate brand visibility, strengthen community awareness, and drive engagement across all platforms to support program participation, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising success. Increase social media reach and engagement through a consistent content calendar, monthly storytelling, and volunteer features. Publish survivor- or volunteer-focused stories regularly to highlight impact.
