THE PROPERTY IS BEING DEVELOPED AS A STATE-OF-THE ART WORKFORCE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITY, CURRENTLY NAMED THE "GENERATOR." THE OWNER ENTITY, PURSUING TRANSFORMATION INC, WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING THE PROPERTY FOR THE GENERATOR.
