Vision

To reduce the symptoms of chronic hunger for food-insecure children in Metro Atlanta by providing nutritious food bags to students on Fridays.

Goals

1. 1.Expanding our weekend feeding program from 2,500 to 5,000 children. We will achieve this by strengthening our funding and partnerships, expanding community partnerships, scaling volunteer engagement, optimizing logistics and operations, and enhancing awareness and marketing efforts.
2. 2.By prioritizing internal capacity, we aim to: ensure strong fiscal health and long-term sustainability; Improve operational workflows and decision-making through better data systems; support staff and leadership with the tools, training, and resources they need; build scalable systems that allow us to serve more children and schools with consistency and excellence.
3. 3.Educate the public and policymakers about the realities of food insecurity among school-aged children; strengthen relationships with local and state leaders to advocate for solutions that support weekend and out-of-school meal programs; collaborate with like-minded organizations to amplify our impact and share best practices.
