A Cincinnati where every first-generation, low-income student has a coach, the financial supports, and the professional connections needed to graduate prepared for career success and long-term economic mobility.

Goals

1. 1.Expand the student-coach program from 30 matched students to 40 within 12 months by recruiting and training volunteer coaches, formalizing Launch Network connectors, while preserving coaching fidelity and achieving >90% student participation and retention.
2. 2.Deepen student outcomes by delivering wraparound supports, including a pilot $5,000 scholarship and reimbursement program, consistent coaching interventions, and KPI tracking, with targets of 95% college persistence and graduation.
3. 3.Build sustainable funding and strategic partnerships by securing multi-year commitments from at least 20 corporate or foundation partners, while growing individual giving.
