Our objective is to break the cycle of poverty through education. We do this by preparing our boys for college preparatory high schools that will propel them to college and rewarding careers.

Goals

1. 1.Rooted in the NativityMiguel model of extended-day, tuition-free education, CSB is committed to serving students from underserved Bridgeport families who have limited financial means and limited access to high-quality educational resources. We intentionally focus on families who desire a rigorous, values-based education for their sons but face systemic barriers to accessing such opportunities.
2. 2.CSB exists to close opportunity gaps and unlock the full potential of young men by preparing them, through a rigorous academic and holistic program, for college preparatory high schools that will propel them to college.
3. 3.CSB’s Board plans and implements a comprehensive, long-range financial sustainability model that ensures: multi-year budgeting tied to strategic enrollment targets; diversified revenue streams, including individual donors, foundations, and corporate partnerships; prudent expense management aligned with mission priorities, and reserve policies that protect against economic fluctuations.
