The mission of The Stories Project is to honor. celebrate and preserve people’s stories by creating a video recording of their elders telling their own stories. We give this recording to the families so future generations can learn about the roots of their family. These are eternal visual legacies of people who made a difference in the world around them that will be shared for generations to come. A video recording adds so much more to the story than a written or even audio recording. We also post these stories on our website because these stories are the rocks that our culture is built upon. We believe each life should be honored and above all, preserved with respect and value of a life well lived.

Stories Project Inc. cannot be rated because Charity Navigator has not received the public data required to create a star rating.
To receive a star rating, a charity must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity. Private foundations, consolidated subsidiaries, and organizations with revoked or inactive IRS status are not eligible for a rating.
Eligible charities must also meet the following criteria:
A nonprofit may be listed but not rated if it does not yet meet Form 990 filing requirements, is newly registered, files only Form 990-EZ or 990-N, or is otherwise ineligible for a star rating.
