Vision

We aim to build a peer support program for our active military, veterans, and first responders that fosters a network of reliable peers knowledgeable of veteran assistance programs, and resources. We are also working to set a mental health awareness and training foundation through our Mental Health First Aid training program. Our goal is to train peers, organizational staff, veterans, and first responders to understand better what a mental health crisis is and be able to provide immediate intervention.

Goals

1. 1.The goal is to grow our program to be incorporated into businesses, corporations, and organizations that hire veterans. To help them establish a mental health peer program within their organizations.
2. 2.To work with local first responder organizations to foster a mentality of seeking help and recognizing mental health challenges and crises within their organizations.
3. 3.We will continue to be committed to our active military, veterans, first responders, and their families. To ensure we are always providing valuable and relevant information and services, we are implementing a yearly training and evaluation plan, which will ensure we are current on certifications and that our programs are, in fact, meeting their intended targets.
