Mission

The mission of the Library Foundation of Contra Costa is to obtain resources to enhance the Contra Costa Library’s services, expand its capacity, and leverage its benefits more equitably across our diverse communities.

Vision

An engaged, inclusive, and culturally vibrant county where all of Contra Costa’s diverse community members have equitable access to ample opportunities and robust resources to realize their full potential.
