Goals

1. 1.Implementing a new behavioral health program. The key element of this program is to bridge services, providing clients with immediate counseling from an internally contracted licensed provider. Clients are supported in achieving continuous stability through access to essential resources, including permanent housing, stable income, and more.
2. 2.HopeSource is transitioning to whole person care case management system. Whole person care is a holistic and integrated approach to addressing the needs of individuals and families, focusing on long-term stability and overall well-being.
3. 3.HopeSource needs to replace current transportation technology with something more reliable and intuitive that helps navigate drivers with correct manifest and timetables, allows drivers to capture ridership and accurately record on-time performance, and gives HopeSource easy access to captured data for efficient reporting. We were awarded funding to move towards this goal in 2024-2026.
