Education First is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit with a 30-year history of expanding opportunity in low-income communities through college scholarships and coaching. We support determined students who’ve overcome obstacles and shown dedication to their families and communities - not just those with perfect transcripts.

Vision

Create a framework of sustained donation and distribution of financial aid to close the income equality gap for disproportionally disadvantaged students.

Goals

1.Sustain current level of financial revenue and distribution in our 8 major regions: Austin, Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle
2.Expand distribution, count, and scholarship amounts in the 8 major regions by expanding individual, corporate, and foundational support.
3.Improve our internal operation by iterating on our techniques, events, process, outreach, and ease-of-access initiatives.
