Mission

The mission of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation is to provide enduring support for the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center through funding, community relations and through the cultivation of community friendships, partners and donors. The mission of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center is to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and culturally appropriate primary health care to the communities of Washington and Yamhill counties with a special emphasis on migrant and seasonal farmworkers and others with barriers to receiving health care.

Our vision is simple. We work to ensure that all people in our service area have access to timely, high-quality health services, enabling them to achieve the best possible health outcome.

Goals

1.The Creating Capacity for High-Quality Care initiative is our effort to expand patient access and improve care efficiency. By the end of 2025, we aim to: Medical: Establish care for 15,000 new patients and achieve a third next available appointment within 15 days. Dental: Complete 61,630 patient visits to enhance dental care accessibility.
