Mission

The North Pole Community Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1986 to serve as a traditional small town chamber of commerce; to promote business activity and economic development in Interior Alaska with an emphasis on for the rapidly growing Greater North Pole community, which now serves more than 27,000 residents and over 2,160 businesses across North Pole, Moose Creek, Two Rivers, Eielson AFB, Salcha, and the surrounding area. The interim Welcome Center operates as a front door to the community, providing centralized access to information, services, and opportunities that help residents and visitors successfully navigate life in the North Pole area. The facility supports the Chamber's community mission of helping individuals and families "Visit, Live, and Thrive" by connecting them with local resources, economic opportunities, and community engagement programs.
