Goals

1. 1.Strengthen Street-Feeding Programs: Scale the logistical reach and supply chain of the street-feeding network—providing more food, medical supplies, and support to animals suffering on the streets.
2. 2.Spay/Neuter & Education: Shift to a proactive advocacy approach by running targeted community education campaigns focusing on the importance of spay/neuter initiatives to prevent future overpopulation
3. 3.Volunteer Network & Operations Volunteer Recruitment & Training: Develop a structured onboarding and training curriculum for specialized volunteers, particularly those capable of managing dogs with severe trauma or intensive medical needs. Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Build a nationwide network of partner rescues to streamline intake, foster coordination, and adoption transfers.
