Vision

A liberated future where Black and Brown communities—especially youth, femmes, and caregivers—co-create systems of care, safety, and justice grounded in culture, healing, and collective power.

Goals

1.Strengthen Healing Justice Infrastructure Objective: Embed TC’s healing-centered ecosystem model in communities, schools, and partner organizations statewide
2.Build a Sustainable Youth Leadership Pipeline Objective: Equip young leaders with advocacy, artivism, and mental health tools to shape equitable systems.
3.Ensure Organizational Sustainability and Capacity Objective: Strengthen TC’s internal systems, staffing, and financial base to sustain growth and innovation.
