Goals

1. 1.Research and Learning: Supporting and conducting research and data collection related to LTL, including its approach to ongoing accompaniment of teachers; Systematizing and integrating lessons learned from implementation in existing and new contexts
2. 2.Designing Trainings and Developing Content: Co-creating individualized training seminars based on the unique needs, potential, and context of each partner organization; Developing new training content and materials, based on experience with and learning from implementation and growth, for training of teachers, training of trainers, and partner organizations
3. 3.Partnership Development: Developing assessment tools to determine whether the required conditions exist to support implementation of the program in a particular organization, set of schools and/or communities; Onboarding new partners; Cultivating relationships to generate demand from potential partner organizations
