THE ORIGANIZATION FOCUSES ON DEVELOPING SELF-CONFIDENCE, TEAM PLAYERS, THE VALUE OF HARD WORK, RESPECTING ONE'S SELF AND OTHERS, AND UNDERSTANDING THAT BEING A KIND HARD WORKING PERSON IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BEING THE BEST ATHLETE.
