Vision

We envision a Ridgefield where: Everyone is welcomed and celebrated. There is a thriving culture of belonging, inclusivity, and cross-cultural understanding. People from all backgrounds feel supported and free to express their cultural identity. Volunteers and community members are empowered to continue the work of inclusive cultural placemaking.

Goals

1. 1.Our annual Ridgefield Multicultural Festival is well attended. We would like to increase our scale by ensuring that everyone in our community knows about it and feels welcome to attend. We also want to continue the work of making the space accessible to all through the expansion of interpreters in ASL, and Spanish.
2. 2.Our goal is to revise our website and social media to accurately reflect what we do. We are employing the help of a marketing professional to assist with this. By doing this work, we hope to increase our capacity to fundraise so that we can continue to keep our programming free for everyone.
3. 3.We are committed to expanding our knowledge through input from partner organizations and community groups so that we can better support and advocate for marginalized communities.
