Mission

AWARE-USA works to achieve its mission primarily by providing support and assistance, through the making of grants to AWARE (Archives of Womens Artists, Research and Exhibitions). AWARE-USA focuses on fundraising in the United States to support AWARE in creating archival records, developing innovative content and raising the public appreciation of the legacy of women in the arts.
