Goals

1. 1.We aim to develop high-quality training programs and resources, both in-person and online. To accomplish this goal, we have, and will continue to, identify strategic partnerships. We focus on our core programs to ensure we are delivering training that is relevant, impactful, and excellent quality for our participants. These programs are evaluated regularly and improved over time.
2. 2.We provide our Board of Directors with specialized training or bring in experts to strengthen their governance skills. We ensure our instructors are well-prepared by offering training to support their ability to lead sessions effectively. Additionally, we explore and introduce technological improvements for donor management, learning management systems, and methods for managing our finances.
3. 3.We are continuously working to increase participation in our on-campus courses and community-based training. As these offerings develop, we are will expand to additional community colleges and universities, and build more partnerships, in a manner that is sustainable and strategic.
