Invisible Illness Awareness Network is committed to: Increasing awareness of invisible illnesses, chronic illnesses, and disabilities, especially among current and future healthcare professionals Promoting understanding through our adaptable education program designed for high schools, colleges, and other forms of higher education Encouraging empathy between patients, providers, and the general population Reducing the stigma associated with invisible illnesses and disabilities Advocating for institutional change by fostering awareness in healthcare, education, and workplace environments Creating inclusive and accessible spaces where people with invisible conditions can feel safe, seen, and supported
