Moonshot Initiative provides career-building programs for women and gender-expansive creators — from weekend film challenges to pitch meetings with HBO, Netflix, and more. Since 2018, we've worked with thousands of filmmakers, made over 40 short films, and placed emerging TV writers in rooms with top development executives.
