Mission

Through the global game of soccer, we teach life lessons, bring communities together, and develop players to become vibrant community ambassadors.

Vision

We are a community-based youth soccer organization committed to serving our diverse players and families in West Seattle, White Center, Burien, Normandy Park, SeaTac, and surrounding areas. We strive to instill a life-long connection to soccer and our community by providing the most comprehensive soccer experience in the Highline Soccer Association.

Goals

1.Expand access to our competitive programs for families in West Seattle, Burien, White Center, SeaTac, and surrounding neighborhoods by increasing participation and offering more year-round development opportunities.
2.Strengthen the quality and consistency of coaching through structured education, shared curriculum, and regular evaluation to ensure all players receive a high standard of development.
3.Improve long-term player development by refining our core programs (Micros through High School) to ensure a clear pathway, age-appropriate training, and consistent support for every player.
