Vision

Our vision is to create a vibrant, supportive community that provides world-class career services to all in need, always at no cost.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to build a new proprietary platform that provides an exceptional experience to both our volunteers and our users, to facilitate great coaching sessions and information sharing.
2. 2.We aim to expand our core career coaching program by 35% in 2026, to provide more than 2000 coaching sessions to more than 1000 individuals, and grow our volunteer team from 95 to 150+.
3. 3.To date we have been almost entirely self-funded; in 2026 we will launch fundraising efforts to provide the capital needed to expand our services and increase our impact.
