    GALES CREEK CAMP FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED TO SUPPORT PARENTS AND CHILDREN WITH DIABETES BY HELPING CHILDREN DEVELOP THE SKILLS NECESSARY FOR APPROPRIATE DIABETES MANAGEMENT. THE FOUNDATION OPERATES A CAMP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO ASSIST CHILDREN WITH DIABETES. THROUGH TRADITIONAL AND INNOVATIVE CAMP PROGRAMS DESIGNED AROUND FUND, WE ARE COMMITTED TO NURTURING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARD LIFE AND FOSTERING THE TRANSITION TOWARD INDEPENDENCE, INTEGRATING DIABETES MANAGEMENT AND SELF-CARE SKILLS WITH SOCIAL AND LIFE SKILLS.
