TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A COMMUNITY/AUDITORIUM AND PERFORMING ARTS FACILITY WHERE DIVERSE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS CAN BE PRESENTED TO THE COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO OTHER LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS BY PROVIDING A FACILITY TO HOUSE THEIR FUND RAISING EFFORTS
