Vision

Our vision is for older adults and people with disabilities to be able to age with dignity and independence in the community of choice.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to create a national model for how we age in our community. The Aging in Place Campus will include 82 affordable senior apartments, a state-of-the-art adult day health center, wraparound health services, intergenerational programming, caregiver support, and a Montessori preschool—empowering seniors to age on their terms.
2. 2.Our goal is to upgrade our databases and refine our accounting practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. These enhancements will strengthen our operations and expand our capacity to serve more individuals and communities effectively.
3. 3.To boost visibility and public awareness of Choice in Aging and the vulnerable older adults we serve, our goal is to growing our presence on social media platforms, such as TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, by creating content that highlights our impact, shares stories, and advocates for aging with dignity.
