Civicorps

Mission

Founded in 1983, Civicorps is a West Oakland-based nonprofit with a mission to re-engage youth, ages 18-26, to earn their high school diplomas, gain job skills, prepare for college, and embark on family-sustaining careers. In partnership with local employers, we provide participants with paid job training, education, and experience that serve as bridges to careers in conservation, climate change mitigation, recycling, and land management.

2.Expand opportunities in our career pathway.
3.Increase project activities including miles of trails and waterways maintained; acres of land managed; and acres of invasive species cleared.
