MHC’s mission is to create stable, vibrant, and healthy communities by developing, financing, and operating affordable, program-enriched housing for families, seniors, and people with special needs who lack the economic resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities.

3.Organizational Resilience: Plan for the future as a strong, adaptable organization that will provide affordable homes for generations to come. Racial Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (REDI): Create a more diverse, inclusive, and racially equitable culture for staff and residents.
