Vision

All students deserve access to quality arts education, regardless of their socio-economic situation. Art in Action prioritizes working in under resourced communities and in Title 1 schools nationwide to reach as many children as possible. It is our goal for at least 50% of the schools and community organizations we serve to be either under resourced or Title 1.

Goals

1. 1.Art in Action is creating new programming about the works of Latinx and other culturally diverse artists, as well as programming that highlights the impact art as a healing and therapeutic practice.
2. 2.Art in Action is committed to securing evaluation data for our programs from surveys and formal observations of our programs in the classroom.
3. 3.Art in Action is updating our digital resources to help educators administer lessons and translating our programs into Spanish, so ESL and Spanish-speaking individuals can easily access our programs.
