Since 1916, Goodwill Southern California has transformed hundreds of thousands of lives, including veterans, people experiencing homelessness, individuals with disabilities, disconnected youth, and the justice involved. With 10 comprehensive employment centers across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties, Goodwill SoCal is the region’s largest workforce development organization and an established Employment Social Enterprise, delivering workforce solutions at a scale no other nonprofit can match.

2.Grow quality work experience and job placement opportunities, and refine/implement comprehensive program design with measurable impact on persons with significant barriers to employment.
3.Expand large-scale strategic partnerships to create customized training for job seekers with a focus on the needs of sector employers. Expand and implement apprenticeships and career pathways.
