This initiative will ensure that a greater number of families and individuals within our community can access a welcoming, high-quality, and respectful environment, particularly extending our support to working caregivers and diverse community segments.
2. 2.Achieve Sustainable Financial Health Through Diverse Revenue Streams: To ensure Friendship Center's long-term ability to provide joy, purpose, and belonging, we will secure robust financial sustainability. This will be achieved by strategically diversifying our revenue sources and optimizing fundraising efforts across various community support channels.
3. 3.Deepen Community Engagement and Trust: We will strengthen our presence and foster deeper trust within the community, striving to be recognized as an indispensable, compassionate partner throughout the dementia care journey in Santa Barbara County. This includes broadening our reach as a vital community education resource.
