Vision

A world where sexual and reproductive rights are basic human rights, where access to health care doesn’t depend on who you are or where you live, and where every person has the opportunity to choose their own path to a healthy and meaningful life.

Goals

1. 1.Grow patient volume: Continue to see Medi-Cal patients as long as possible; expand ability to serve the growing uninsured population; offer new services that have unmet community need; monitor environment to identify opportunities to close gaps in access.
2. 2.Build political and philanthropic power: Support and shape advocacy efforts to secure sexual health funding, access, and patient and provider protection; maintain and energize our base.
3. 3.Streamline and strengthen operations: Strengthen our coaching, development and accountability systems and skills; foster strong employee morale; assess and expand our data-driven decision-making capacity.
