Mission

Our community work is ongoing since 1999, but as a new corporation we are not eligible for a rating before 2027. NCF Young Motivators pays no salaries - all volunteers - and every dollar goes directly to programs. North Central Florida Young Motivators is a woman and veteran owned and operated 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation serving youth, fighting hunger, and building community in Columbia County, Florida. Our mission includes: Youth Development Programs enrolling young people aged 8 – 18, with a focus on leadership skills, self-discipline, drug-free living, and community service. Fighting Hunger in our local communities, we operate drive-thru food pantry distribution in Fort White, Florida. Staffed by Young Motivators and adult volunteers, we provide fresh produce, protein, and other non-perishable foods that reach over 900 people weekly. Building Community at every opportunity, our Young Motivators work with seniors, veterans, homeless, women and youth to meet individual needs and staff community and charity events. We were honored to assist the American Red Cross, Catholic Charities, and Columbia County with disaster relief distribution during the storms of 2024.
