PonyUp4Kids Foundation Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and other non-profit purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code (the "Code"). 1) Animal Welfare and Rescue: Providing care, rescue, and rehabilitation for horses in need, promoting their well-being and preventing cruelty.
