To build sports communities for Kingdom impact.

Goals

1.Strategic Foundation: Building Capacity for Exponential Growth. Success requires strengthening SportsLife's infrastructure via two investments. SportsLife Net—combining intranet, volunteer network, & a LMS—will systemize leadership certification globally.
2.Developing Leaders Through Christ-Centered Training. We develop transformed leaders through 2 pathways. Live events—conferences, camps, clinics, & competitions—create biblical teaching, worship, and mentoring. Strategic resource: tangible resources (Bibles, devotionals) reach leaders, while digital platforms (YouTube, YouVersion, podcasts, courses) extend teaching globally.
3.Expanding Global Reach Through Strategic Community and International Growth. SportsLife launches 7 new sport-specific communities over 3 years, each with an Executive Director building discipleship via a framework of training, resources, & events. International expansion into 15 countries leverages $10k matching grants to establish partnerships into the sports community model in diverse contexts.
