Gathering and acting on feedback from those served is essential to understanding real-time needs, improving program impact, and building lasting trust. Our research, along with findings from leaders in the nonprofit sector, shows that donors are increasingly interested in supporting organizations that actively listen to and incorporate beneficiary voices.
