The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Diversify program funding streams, increase recreation programs on a statewide basis, develop partnerships/collaborations to increase new service opportunities, and increase organic growth.
Goal Two: Develop model to transition programs from grant funded to fee for service, increase revenue from private & corporate donors, develop business model to accommodate shifts in program funding, develop and assess department pricing model to utilize across customers, and explore unrelated business income opportunities to support program operations.
Goal Three: Be the recognized leader in disability services through increased visibility and brand awareness. Demonstrate strong advocacy for the people we serve, create media strategy for all programs, increase participation of board members in program activities, tours, and advocacy campaigns, and increase staff participation in key events statewide.
