The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Enhance financial sustainability by diversifying revenue streams, improving fundraising effectiveness, and fostering long-term donor relationships through ongoing assessments of current fundraising efforts, donor retention and engagement, strength and weakness identification, goal setting, revenue generation, grant acquisition, donor management and launching a capital campaign in the next 2 years.
Goal Two: Programs for babies, children, and adults are expanding through collaboration and assessments. Partnering with local agencies enhances vocational services and meets client needs. We actively evaluate our programs for effectiveness and improvements. Work experience programs provide hands-on opportunities for clients and caregiver support groups offer resources and community for families.
Goal Three: Expansion of community awareness events and partnerships and the enhancement of social media helps us educate the public on the challenges faced by individuals with visual impairments. An enhanced online presence helps us share success stories and resources, fostering engagement and support. Local involvement in volunteer opportunities reinforces our advocacy creating impact across all 5 counties.
