The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our goal of achieving 82% of program outcome targets annually reflects our commitment to expanding and improving services. By consistently measuring success, we enhance program effectiveness, increase access, and support sustainable growth. This approach allows us to refine services, scale impactful initiatives, and strengthen our mission’s impact while building credibility with stakeholders.
Goal Two: Maintaining unrestricted net assets at three times annual expenses ensures financial stability, allowing our organization to sustain operations, manage risks, and invest in future growth. This goal strengthens long-term capacity, enabling flexibility in funding priorities, innovation, and program expansion while safeguarding against economic uncertainties or unexpected costs.
Goal Three: After decades of housing and treating children affected by trauma, we recognized that strengthening families is the best way to support them. In the early 2000s, we introduced programs focused on family self-sufficiency, helping parents build competency and achieve goals. When families thrive, they provide better care for their children, creating lasting stability and brighter futures.
