The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
As a result of Covid and due to our international diversity, our organization board meetings have been conducted online. Additionally, with the help from partner NGOs in the target countries who are now able to operationalize face to face interactions, our educational program monitoring and judging is conducted online via Zoom. Internally, our board members are constantly innovating, and forming subcommittees to improve efficiency and streamline our process.
