Adaptability Statement
30 out of 30 points
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
We had to adapt to the external change of the U.S. House of Representatives changing from a Democratic majority to a Republican majority for the first time in our nonprofit's history. We saw that this change was forecasted and worked to establish and bolster relationships with GOP offices, developed an actionable list of areas that we could successfully work with some GOP offices on, and expanded our coalition outreach efforts so that we could be in touch with more nuclear energy advocates in D.C.
