The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
We changed all of our common workplaces and files to cloud-based tools and programs. We were born in 2021 making it an entire year of learning curves and growth. We utilize every resource possible to streamline our workflow and communication. We have established a small team of highly motivated and dedicated members. We are extremely organized making it so we have systems and procedures in place making it easy for interns and volunteers to join us with little difficulty.
