Goal One: Hollywood CPR has appointed an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and build a team to enhance programs connecting participants to jobs. Partnering with Genesis Global, our interim CFO ensures strong financial oversight and transparency. Additionally, we leverage Airtable to track data, measure impact, and optimize operations for our Union Training Pathway Program.
Goal Two: Hollywood CPR collaborates with local nonprofits to expand access to high-quality entertainment industry training for underrepresented populations, including local high school students, veterans, opportunity youth, and justice-impacted individuals. These partnerships enable targeted outreach and provide wrap around support to help participants succeed.
Goal Three: Hollywood CPR is finalizing its Registered Apprenticeship program, offering structured, on-the-job training tailored to various entertainment pathways. As a Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor, this initiative will enhance scalability, provide clear pathways to union membership, and connect students to sustainable careers in the industry.
